At Bionsmeo Cattery, the safety, comfort, and well-being of our kittens are our top priorities. We follow a careful and transparent shipping process to ensure every kitten reaches its new home safely and stress-free.

1. Shipping Arrangements

A. Delivery Options

Airport Pickup – We arrange a flight with a pet-friendly airline to the nearest major airport, where you can collect your kitten.

Doorstep Delivery – A professional pet courier can safely deliver your kitten directly to your home.

B. Required Shipping Details
To arrange transport, we will need the following information:

Full Name (matching a valid government-issued ID)

Complete Address (for doorstep delivery)

Nearest Major Airport (for airport pickup)

Active Phone Number and Email (for updates and notifications)

C. Shipping Schedule & Tracking
Once your details are confirmed, we will:

Schedule the shipment and provide a detailed itinerary

Share flight details or estimated delivery times

Provide tracking updates when available

2. Required Documents

Each kitten is shipped with complete documentation to ensure a smooth process:

Sales Contract – Confirms your purchase and delivery arrangements

Health Certificate – Issued by a licensed veterinarian, certifying the kitten is fit for travel

Vaccination Records – Includes all vaccinations, deworming treatments, and health checks

Shipping Authorization Form (if required by the airline)

Government-Issued ID – Must match the name provided during shipping arrangements

3. Delivery & Collection Instructions

Airport Pickup

Arrive at the designated cargo or pet reception area at least 30 minutes early.

Present your ID and required documents (Sales Contract, Health Certificate).

Inspect your kitten upon arrival and confirm its condition with the airline staff.

Doorstep Delivery

Ensure someone is available at home during the scheduled delivery time.

Prepare a safe, comfortable space for your kitten’s arrival.

Sign the delivery receipt and verify the health documents provided.

Important Notes

Weather Restrictions – In cases of extreme weather, airlines may reschedule flights to ensure your kitten’s safety.

Live Animal Labeling – Every crate is clearly marked “Live Animal” and includes water for comfort during transit.
