While a kitten’s well-being depends on genetics, nutrition, environment, and overall care, we promise to stand by you with guidance and support—long after adoption.

Our Health Guarantee

We understand how precious your kitten is and want you to feel secure in your adoption. Our health guarantee includes the following:

Genetic Health Coverage (First 2 Years): If your kitten is diagnosed with a congenital or hereditary condition within two years of birth that severely affects its quality of life—or in the rare event of death due to genetic causes—we will provide a replacement kitten of equal value at no cost. Certification from a licensed veterinarian is required.

Extended Coverage (Up to 10 Years): If your cat passes away due to genetic reasons after ten years, we will provide a credit of 70% of the original purchase price toward the adoption of another kitten of equal value. A veterinarian’s report confirming the cause of death is required.

Your Role in Your Kitten’s Health

For your kitten to remain strong and healthy, we ask that you follow a few important steps:

Veterinary Check-Up: Schedule a health examination with a licensed veterinarian within two business days of receiving your kitten, and share the medical report with us.

Vaccination Guidelines: Your kitten will come with age-appropriate vaccinations. Please do not administer additional vaccines within the first 10 days after arrival.

Ongoing Healthcare: Continue with recommended deworming, booster shots, and routine check-ups as advised by your veterinarian.

Proper Nutrition & Care: Provide a balanced diet, safe environment, and regular enrichment to ensure a long, healthy, and fulfilling life.

Exceptions to Our Guarantee

While we stand by the quality and health of our kittens, our guarantee does not cover:

Variations in temperament, size, weight, coat, color, or markings.

Conditions resulting from neglect, obesity, or improper care.

Health issues caused by failure to provide timely vaccinations or veterinary attention.

Costs related to spaying or neutering, including undescended testicles.
